I specialize in representing businesses top to bottom, primarily focusing on commercial litigation, real estate development and land use (including zoning, permitting, and building code issues).  Anytime I take on a case, my goal is to put all our clients in the best position to be successful and ensure their interests are protected.  

As a Western Massachusetts native, I have always admired the connection local businesses have in the community at large.  This is why I joined Fitzgerald Law, to help counsel small to medium sized businesses that do so much for local development and the economy of the communities they serve.
