I specialize in representing businesses and focus on commercial litigation, real estate development, land use, zoning and permitting.  My goal is to put all our clients in the best position to be successful and ensure their interests are protected.  As a western Massachusetts native, I have always admired the connection local businesses have in the community at large.  Which is why I joined Fitzgerald Law, to help counsel these local businesses that do so much for our local development and economy.  While attending law school, I worked with the Small Business Clinic, which helped local business owners with limited capital further their development, limit their liability, and protect themselves and their personal assets in their ongoing business transactions.
